Registration and Payment for SGS M-Scan Courses
Courses are arranged primarily for our clients and collaborators, but can include others. Anyone interested in attending should contact their local contact to discuss the possibility of participation in a forthcoming course.
Please note that acceptance on a course is at the sole discretion of the Course Organizer and full payment must be received before a place can be guaranteed.
Closing Dates for Registration
Closing dates are usually five weeks before a course starts. To avoid the disappointment of registration not being accepted, intending participants are asked to register before the closing date for the course.
Acknowledgement of Registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent to all participants. Attendance instructions will be sent prior to the course.
Cancellation and Substitution
Refunds will be made with a charge of 10% for cancellations made in writing at least 21 days prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be made after that date. If you are unable to attend, someone from the same organization may take your place on the course, subject to notification and the approval of the Course Organizer at least 3 days in advance. In case of cancellation by SGS M-Scan, a full refund will be available.
